The charter boat The Phoebe was the best looking boat at the marina in way of cleanliness and comfort. I have fished in the Keys for many years and picking the right charter boat can really be tough! These guys did a perfect job...we couldn't have been happier with the boat, gear and these two guys really love to fish...which made the day lots of fun for my whole family. It meant so much to me that they encouraged my daughter to reel in a sailfish, coaching and helping in such a positive way...she tells everyone about the HUGE fish SHE caught! We can't wait to do it again! I recommend Chelsea Charters Offshore to anyone looking for a great offshore boat with a great captain and exceptional first mate.</p>
• Richard Blevins says: <p>Every one was catching like crazy but come the day of our charter a front came thru and nothing was biting - Captain Frank didn't hesitate- he took us right out to 3009 feet - we immediately hooked a blue and landed a gorgeous sailfish but then nothing - no sign nada - on the radio other captains were fairing worse / I figured that was it a fishing day not a catching - I really wanted my wife to catch mahi - Johnny kept saying he wasn't giving up / Captain Frank same thing - trying to keep our spirits up - but I fish a few times a week in the treasure coast and figured it wasn't going to happen- but dang - they found mahi-mahi and Johnny became a madman - passing rods throwing bait and we kept hooking and landing one after another- Frank refused to leave any behind and then saw the tripletail and we cleaned those out. So now I was impressed and regretting any whining I may have done - BUT WAIT THERES MORE - that would have been enough by any standards- we were already out longer than a fair day - but on the way in they spotted 3 more working bird groups and veered off for each one- that's above and beyond- I can't thank Frank and Johnny enough- I cant WSU to do it again in the fall!!</p>
• Frank Silva says: <p>Captain Frank "Dru" Drudi of the Phoebe is a non-stop, go-get 'um kind of captain! We just happened to pick a day to go deep sea fishing when it was a full moon....not too bright! But Captain Frank went above and beyond to make sure we were the high string on the dock. We caught 6 Mahi, so all 4 of us were able to catch at least one fish. We saw a sea turtle and a boat load (sorry for the pun) of fish, but they just didn't bite. All of us had a blast and when we come back we will charter with Frank! Thanks for the great time! Our new favorite vaca spot, Islamorada :)</p>
• Joe S says: <p>Ive fished with captain Dru with Chelsea charters for 3 years now and we always catch a lot of fish and always have a great time. The last two years I've caught sailfish each trip and so many different other kinds of fish I really don't know what they were one trip we caught 9 mahi mahi dolphin fish. I'd recommend fishing with Captian Dru with Chelsea charters to anyone going to the keys to fish or to enjoy the deep blue waters and beautiful ocean views.</p>
• Mike Alves says: <p>We had a great time out for a late afternoon shark and tarpon charter. Capt. Frank and Carson were wonderful. The conditions weren't great for what we wanted to do but both guys knew how much my 13 yr. old son wanted to catch something so they didn't stop until we caught a few sharks and a barracuda. My son was so happy and is bugging me to go again before we leave. The boat was in excellent condition and clean. They're personable and knowledgeable. There's a lot of charters in the keys and I'm so glad I chose Chelsea!</p>
• Crystal M says: <p>Look no further than this fishing charter!! Our family had an absolute blast!! We caught mahi , tile fish, and queen snapper!! We had 2 kids on the boat and Karson the first mate made the experience a memory that will last forever!</p>
