Your charter will take place on a 28′ Robalo Cayman Sky Deck boat, accommodating up to 6 anglers.
We have half-day or full-day charters available, and your trip is entirely customizable to your preferences. Whether you’re eager to target world-famous fish species like Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Sea Trout, Tripletail, Cobia, and more, we’ve got you covered. We can even arrange night fishing for various species of sharks or take a break for lunch at a water-access-only restaurant.
When you fish with Captain John Gauntt and ‘Day 5 Charters,’ you’re in the hands of a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience. All the necessary gear, bait, and fishing licenses are included, so all you need to do is show up and enjoy your ideal fishing adventure.
PLEASE NOTE: The prices below are for two person trips. An additional fee of $50 per extra person will be applied for the day (6 guests maximum).
There will be an additional one-time $100 added to the above prices for trips targeting Shark and Tarpon due to the additional expenditure of those trips.

Our Captain’s boat is equipped with a live bait well, which may be used to hold bait and other smaller fish you may catch.
Rods, Reels, & Tackle
Our Captains are prepared with all the equipment necessary to catch whatever may swim your way! All the rods, reels, tackle, and bait will be provided to target whatever species you are hoping to catch!
You Keep Catch
Aside from the species required to be released by law and some species that may not be recommended as table fair, whatever fish are landed while out on the water are yours to keep!
