No one knows for sure, but rumor has it that Captain Sam Atwell was born on the water. At age 10, he got his hands on a fishing rod and hasn’t looked back since. To say that Sam knows the local fishing spots is an understatement. He lives and breathes Florida fish and wildlife and is attuned to its subtle rhythms: the tides, the weather, the seasons, the habits, and the cycles.
You won’t just catch fish with Sam, you’ll immerse yourself in the entire Florida experience and begin to understand how this ecosystem works together to present incredible opportunities for adventure.If you prefer venturing offshore, you may get the opportunity to catch Sailfish, Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Snapper, and more!
For offshore expeditions, we operate a center console Pathfinder 2700 Open, which is an expertly designed fishing boat that is extremely versatile – it can fish anything from the swallow flats to the deepest parts of the ocean. Our offshore Pathfinder can comfortably seat up to 5 passengers.

Looking to experience a shorter day of nearshore fishing? During this morning charter, Captain Sam will take you to explore the inlets and beaches in Sebastian or Fort Pierce Inlet.
We will fish from a 2700 Pathfinder Open approximately 3 nautical miles from shore. This trip allows you to stay close to shore but still catch larger species.
During this charter we will target Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, Jack Crevalle, Pompano, Permit, and Kingfish. You will also have the opportunity to spot Manatees, Dolphins, Turtles, Sharks, Birdlife.

Our Captain’s boat is equipped with a live bait well, which may be used to hold bait and other smaller fish you may catch.

Our Captains are prepared with all the equipment necessary to catch whatever may swim your way! All the rods, reels, tackle, and bait will be provided to target whatever species you are hoping to catch!
You Keep Catch
Aside from the species required to be released by law and some species that may not be recommended as table fair, whatever fish are landed while out on the water are yours to keep!
