Captain Steve’s passion for fishing began in his youth. After years of traveling along the East Coast from New York to the Florida Keys, he found his home in Marathon, establishing Fishing Kings. His son, Captain Izaak, shares the same lifelong love for fishing. Beginning as a mate at 14, he obtained his master captain’s license after five years of experience.
The Fishing Kings team specializes in catching Yellowtail Snapper, Gray Snapper, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Cero Mackerel, Mutton Snapper, Grouper, Cobia, and more! In the Florida Keys, there are always a variety of fishing opportunities throughout the year.
You will fish from the “Crazy Lady,” a 29′ SeaVee powered by a single Cummins engine. This vessel is suitable for up to 4 passengers and ensures a comfortable and enjoyable fishing trip.
All trips come inclusive of equipment, bait, coolers with ice, and fishing licenses. Guests are recommended to bring sunscreen, drinks, and snacks.
The trip caters to both novices and experienced anglers, making it a favorite among visitors!

Fish our deeper wrecks scattered along the Florida Keys for some hard fighting fish!
On our six hour trips we start out at the reef fishing for Yellowtails, Mangroves, and whatever else is biting. After this, we typically push out to the deeper wrecks to target Big Mutton Snapper, Grouper, African Pompano and Amberjacks!
The Wreck fishing is my personal favorite here in the Keys, if you can get them past the sharks the wreck fishing makes for a great fight and an even better dinner!

Our full day trips are perfect for the serious angler, or those who just can’t get enough of being on the water!
In the summer months you can expect to head offshore chasing after Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, and more.
In the winter months, split your time between fishing the reef catching Yellowtails, and drifting over our deeper wrecks targeting big Mutton Snappers, African Pompano, Groupers, and Amber Jacks!

Upon arrival from your day on the water, your catch will be filleted and bagged for you and your family/friends to take home and enjoy!
Live Bait Well
Our Captain’s boat is equipped with a live bait well, which may be used to hold bait and other smaller fish you may catch.
Rods, Reels, & Tackle
Our Captains are prepared with all the equipment necessary to catch whatever may swim your way! All the rods, reels, tackle, and bait will be provided to target whatever species you are hoping to catch!
You Keep Catch
Aside from the species required to be released by law and some species that may not be recommended as table fair, whatever fish are landed while out on the water are yours to keep!

Great day fishing with Captain Isaac, we made sure to have a good time despite the weather not being the greatest, despite the wind we managed to ALMOST catch our limit of yellow tail, which is insane considering how the conditions were when we left the dock.
