Our 34-foot Crusader Sportfisher was crafted locally in the Florida Keys specifically for charter trips. It features a shaded cabin with fans and roomy seating for 6 guests, along with a clean restroom and quick, efficient cruising speed. Miss Chief offers greater comfort than a typical center console boat and is more fuel-efficient than larger yacht-style vessels.
We offer a wide range of fishing gear, including traditional, spinning, and electric reels from brands like Shimano, Penn, and Daiwa. Our captains and deckhands are experienced and friendly.

Our Captain’s boat is equipped with a live bait well, which may be used to hold bait and other smaller fish you may catch.

Our Captains are prepared with all the equipment necessary to catch whatever may swim your way! All the rods, reels, tackle, and bait will be provided to target whatever species you are hoping to catch!
You Keep Catch
Aside from the species required to be released by law and some species that may not be recommended as table fair, whatever fish are landed while out on the water are yours to keep!

The captain ended up taking us two hours offshore to swordfish. There are six of us on board and we didn’t end up catching much that day. I know that swordfishing can be hit or miss but we were slightly disappointed. Nevertheless, the captain was professional and understanding. We ended up catching a Mahi on the way in!
