Captain Will has been fishing for over 15 years and knows the waters of Islamorada like the back of his hand. He’ll take you to the fishing “hot spots” both nearshore and offshore, and will get you hooked up in no time!
Your adventure will take place on a 29-foot SeaVee Center Console with twin 300HP Mercury engines. Our vessel accommodates up to 4 people and has a bathroom for your convenience. It also has a GPS, a live-well, and a cooler to keep your food and drinks cold. Captain Will provides everything you need for a great day on the water: rods, reels, bait, fishing licenses, and more.
You’ll use different fishing methods like bottom fishing, trolling, drifting, and more. On your charter, you can expect to target a variety of species such as Yellowtail Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Black/Snowy Grouper, Kingfish, Sailfish, Mahi-Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, and Wahoo.
Upon return to the dock, your Captain will clean and filet your catch for you to take home to enjoy.

Today, we went out on a charter with Captain Will Coffin. We met at 7:00am and within minutes, we were on his boat and leaving the dock. We started by catching bait, which was a lot of fun and cool to watch. Then we went after Mahi-Mahi and ended up landing several! Despite the 3 to 4-foot waves, Captain Will's boat handled everything smoothly. By the end of the day we ended up catching nearly 20 Mahi! Afterward, we switched to red grouper and mutton snapper and continued catching fish all day. With two young boys on board, Captain Will managed everything perfectly. It was an unforgettable trip, and I can't wait to go again!

My two boys and I went out with Captain Will early this June and had a fantastic time catching Mahi! While other captains were scrambling over the radio, Will calmly did his thing. Once he spotted the birds and fish, he went to work, throwing bait, baiting hooks, and gaffing fish. In no time, we had our limits. He was kind, informative, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Will for your next offshore adventure!
