There’s a fish with your name on it in Summerland Key and Captain John will help you catch it! Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Grouper, Snapper, Tarpon, Amberjack, Permit, and more are in the cards, depending on the conditions.
During the trip, you might be spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or kite fishing. Live bait is seasonally available. Capt. John will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! You’ll be casting lines from a 27’ C Hawk with space for 4 passengers.
Buying a local fishing license before the trip is usually required, however, this information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and any snacks you may want to eat. Water will be available for you throughout the day. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Lunch is provided for an additional fee, just reach out to learn more, especially if you have any dietary needs.

You Keep Catch
Aside from the species required to be released by law and some species that may not be recommended as table fair, whatever fish are landed while out on the water are yours to keep!
